These Terms of Service govern your use of AnytimeClean's website and cleaning services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
AnytimeClean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Canberra, including end of lease cleaning, deep cleaning, regular house cleaning and commercial cleaning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Online quotes are based on the information you provide (property size, bedrooms, bathrooms, service type). Final pricing is confirmed before we commence work. AnytimeClean reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the property differs materially from what was quoted — we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Our bond back guarantee applies to end of lease cleaning services. If your property manager raises a cleaning deficiency directly related to our service within 72 hours of the final inspection, we will return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost, subject to:
The guarantee does not cover carpet steam cleaning, pest control, or items not included in the original scope of works.
Payment is processed securely after the service is completed. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our booking system. By providing payment details, you authorise AnytimeClean to charge the agreed amount upon completion of services. Invoices are provided on request.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to the property at the agreed time. Please remove or secure valuables, pets, and any items you do not wish cleaned. AnytimeClean is not liable for damage to improperly secured items.
AnytimeClean carries full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value, up to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from access issues.
By providing your contact details to AnytimeClean through any channel, you consent to receiving automated and AI-assisted communications from us including SMS, email, and outbound phone calls for the purposes of booking confirmation, service reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers. This includes communications conducted via automated CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL).
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us at support@anytimeclean.com.au. Withdrawal of consent for marketing will not affect transactional communications related to active bookings.
