What's included in an end of lease clean?

Everything a property manager checks: all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen (inside oven, range hood, all cupboards), wall spot cleaning, window frames, skirting boards, switches and power points, light fittings and more.
Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?

Yes — our 100% bond back guarantee means if the property manager is not fully satisfied with any area, we return and re-clean at zero extra cost. We stand behind every job we do.
What's included in a regular clean?

Dusting, vacuuming, sweep and mop all floors, clean mirrors, wipe appliance exteriors, clean kitchen sink and countertops, bathroom sink/toilet/shower, and tidy all rooms. All equipment and supplies provided.
Do I need to provide equipment or products?

No — we bring everything we need. All equipment and cleaning supplies are included at no extra cost. Just let us in and we handle the rest.
How do I save on regular cleaning?

Book recurring cleans and save every visit: 15% off weekly cleans and 10% off fortnightly cleans. No lock-in contracts — cancel for free with 24 hours notice before any booking.
Are your cleaners police checked?

Yes — every cleaner on our team passes a thorough police background check before joining us. They are also fully insured, so you're always protected during any visit.
Do I need to be home during the clean?

No — many customers leave a key or use a lockbox. All our cleaners are police-checked and fully vetted. You'll receive a completion notification when done.
How do I pay?

Payment is processed securely through Booking Koala. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken after the service is complete — so you pay once you're happy.
Which areas do you cover?
